The law firm Krsnik & Partners originated through the transformation of the late lawyer Kresimir Krsnika criminal office, founded in 1989, into a limited liability company where three lawyers – partners of the firm, all with extensive legal experience, currently operate.
The law firm Krsnik & Partners provides legal services to domestic and foreign individuals and legal entities and operates in Lepoglava, with its headquarters at Boskoviceva 8. It also collaborates with colleagues in Osijek, Zadar, Dubrovnik, Rijeka, Pula, and other cities, ensuring comprehensive legal services throughout the Republic of Croatia.

Our team
Partnership Lawyers:
Juraj Krsnik – as a student at the Faculty of Law in Zagreb, from 2014 worked at the Joint Notary Office of Marina Augustinović and Željka Tranfić in Karlovac, gaining experience in drafting contracts and enforcement proposals. Graduated in May 2020 and completed an internship as a notary trainee in the same office from June 2020. In September 2020, enrolled as a lawyer trainee at the Law Firm Miljević and Partners j.t.d. in Zagreb, participating under the mentorship of lawyer Veljko Miljević in the preparations of defenses in numerous criminal cases and drafting claims and submissions in compensation cases. In May 2022, passed the judicial exam with honors (magna cum laude) and continued his legal traineeship at the Law Firm Krsnik & Partners in Zagreb from July of the same year. Since September 2022, enrolled as a participant for a specialist in Criminal Sciences in the postgraduate specialist study of criminal sciences at the Faculty of Law, University of Zagreb. Selim Šabanović, born on September 23, 1953, in Zagreb, completed Classical Gymnasium in Zagreb in 1972, and graduated from the Faculty of Law in Zagreb in 1977. Registered as a legal trainee in Zagreb on April 1, 1977, and practiced at the office of lawyer Dr. Branko Kopsa, the joint office of lawyers Berto Črnja and Marijan Hanžeković, and finally Ranko Radović. On April 1, 1981, registered as a lawyer in Zagreb. As a lawyer, he participated and continues to participate in numerous criminal defenses, later together with lawyer Krešimir Krsnik. On several occasions, he spent time in the USA practicing at two law offices in Chicago to familiarize himself with criminal procedures and real estate affairs. Independently managed and manages large projects for land preparation for construction, land acquisition, and settlement of property relations. He is an external collaborator in conducting exercises in the subject of Criminal Law at the Faculty of Law in Zagreb. He has been a member and partner in the company Krsnik and Partners since 2013.
Blaženka Dobrenić-Primorac born in 1956 in Zagreb, graduated from the Faculty of Law in Zagreb in 1980, and started working as an assistant trainee at the Department of Family Law at the same faculty. After internship at the Municipal and County Court in Zagreb, in the office of lawyer Branko Pajnić, and passing the judicial exam, worked at the Ruđer Bošković Institute in Zagreb in the field of labor law and contractual relations, as well as representing in court disputes in the same areas, and later at the Ministry of Science and Technology. In the nineties, she switched to work at the State Intellectual Property Office, held the position of the head of the patent department, participated in the drafting of the first Patent Law, and became an independent representative in the field of industrial property. From 2005 until today, she is a part of the team and a partner at the law firm Krsnik and Partners.
Matija Zorić – lawyer and junior partner, graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Zagreb in 2019, and has been completing his internship at the Law Firm Krsnik and Partners since the beginning. Passed the judicial exam in 2022. Through the internship, he gained experience in all branches of law, especially in litigation, enforcement, and land registry proceedings.
Associate Lawyers:
Tatjana Šijan Mrzljak – Graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Zagreb in 1987 and completed her internship at the County State Attorney’s Office in Zagreb. In 1989, she passed the judicial exam and was appointed as the deputy municipal state attorney in Zagreb. Since 2008, she has been working as a lawyer, primarily focusing on criminal law, family law, and misdemeanor law. As a lawyer, she has been involved in numerous complex criminal defenses. She is actively engaged in promoting the protection of human rights and the rights of families and children through specific cases, as well as through various forums, conferences, round tables, and monitoring activities. She advocates for the respect and enabling of the guaranteed rights of every individual, especially children. Since 2009, she has closely collaborated with the law office of the late Krešimir Krsnik, namely the law firm Krsnik & Partners.
Gina Brnić, born in Zagreb on October 8, 1960. She graduated from the Faculty of Law in Zagreb in 1985 and started working as a trainee at the Municipal Court in Zagreb in 1986. Later, she worked as a professional associate in the civil department of the same court until 1991 when she enrolled in the list of lawyers in Zagreb. As an independent lawyer, she specializes in civil and commercial law, particularly in land registry law, damages, family law, contract law, and corporate law. In addition to passing the judicial exam, she also passed the notary exam in 2004. Due to her interest in the protection of human rights, in 2020, she completed a course by the Council of Europe as part of the education program in the field of human rights protection for legal professionals, titled “Criteria for Admissibility of Applications to the European Court of Human Rights.” She has been collaborating with the law firm Krsnik & Partners as an external collaborator since 2006 on projects related to civil and commercial law.
Ivan Orešković – Lawyer, born on May 1, 1982, in Zagreb. Graduated from the III. Gymnasium in Zagreb in 2000 and from the Faculty of Law in Zagreb in 2007. Registered as a trainee lawyer in Zagreb in 2008 and completed the traineeship at the law firm Krsnik and Drakulić d.o.o. and under the guidance of lawyer Krešimir Krsnik. Enrolled as a lawyer in Zagreb in February 2013. As a lawyer, he participated in numerous criminal defenses alongside lawyer Krešimir Krsnik and currently specializes almost exclusively in criminal and misdemeanor law. He has been closely collaborating with the law firm Krsnik & Partners since its establishment.
Rade Baranović – Lawyer, born on November 3, 1978, in Šibenik, and residing in Zagreb since 1993. Graduated from X. Gymnasium “Ivan Supek” in 1997 and from the Faculty of Law in Zagreb in 2004. Worked as a trainee at the Municipal Court in Zagreb from 2005 to 2007 and passed the judicial exam. As a trainee lawyer in the law office of Željko Baranović, he worked on cases from all areas of law, with a particular interest in criminal-material law. Registered in the Croatian Bar Association’s list of lawyers on October 1, 2009, he has been working as an independent lawyer since then. Since 2014, his office is located in Boškovićeva Street in the center of Zagreb, where he works as a permanent collaborator at the law firm Krsnik & Partners d.o.o. He successfully participated with the late lawyer Krešimir Krsnik in defending numerous high-profile criminal cases and continues to collaborate with other lawyer-partners.
Lawyer Trainees:
Anton Zima – Legal trainee, graduated in 2020 from the Faculty of Law in Osijek, started the traineeship in July 2021.
